Environmental Pipe Cleaning COVID - 19 Response

We want you to know that Environmental Pipe Cleaning is taking the Coronavirus threat to public health seriously. We understand that our business is considered essential, and we are open to serve you while complying with the CDC and OSHA Guidelines.

All our employees are checking in daily about potential exposure and symptoms of Coronavirus, taking precautions such as the use of sanitizing wipes, shoe covers, and gloves to help minimize the potential spread of this virus. We have also requested our employees to reschedule non-emergency travel plans, and while we are always courteous and friendly – we are not shaking hands to help prevent the spread of germs at this time.

We also ask that if you have recently traveled abroad, are sick, or suspect you may have been exposed to the Coronavirus, that you reschedule your appointment 14 days out to help prevent potential further spread to our employees and other customers.

Our technicians will also wear appropriate personal protective equipment, which may vary by location and could depend on the situation. Here is what to expect:

  • Disposable gloves
  • Face masks
  • Keeping the recommended 6'ft from others
  • Staying home when sick

                                    Cleanup

Our service technicians wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. They are also using hand sanitizer as needed. Additionally, they will disinfect touch points before, during, and after jobs, including service vehicle steering wheels and door handles, equipment, and even the plumbing fixtures they handled.
